Sea Shipping Attention

I have one customer who have a 20 FCL ship from China To AU. 3-4 Supplier

combo this 20FCL.But the experience is really bad:

1. Forwarder confirm too late to us that the container load time and place.

Which we can only ship by local express PingAnDa.

Normal express ship today, tommow arrive. But later lost 1ctn cargo can not find,

also delay 4hs! Their customer sevice is really bad, bad! I call them for contact,

they answer after 10mins later! Also not solve my issue and only said will track and

will push but no use, actually.

2.20 FCL load should pay attention to the carton size and make arrangement

advance.This time due to another supplier 50ctns size is very different cause

to later 2 supplier cargo do not finish load yet!

This case told us follow details to avoid similar situation happen:

1. Should contact forwarder early and ask them must tell supplier 3 days

advance loading place and time.

2. When your cargo is very urgent, please choose SF express. As only SF

can confirm the reach time . Other express can not do this!

3. During container loading, please make arrangement for the loading turn

of products, especially different package size., which will cause much place waste.

Final remember to communicat with customer of the results timely.
